Slotbijeenkomst Northern Connections
New Energy Coalition is partner in Northern Connections: een partnerschap van 22 clusters, steden, regio’s en kennisinstellingen rondom de Noordzee die samenwerken om innovatieverbindingen tussen ondernemingen en clusters in de energiesector tot stand te brengen. In april loopt dit project ten einde en wordt dit afgesloten met een slotbijeenkomst.
Over het Slotbijeenkomst Northern Connections
De CO2-uitstoot daalt niet zoals verwacht. Steden en regio’s hebben een grote verantwoordelijkheid om bedrijven en innovators in staat te stellen groene innovaties te bedenken om duurzame oplossingen te vinden voor onze gemeenschappelijke uitdagingen – en voor onze toekomst. Veel van de oplossingen zijn te vinden bij kleine en middelgrote bedrijven, die vaak te klein zijn om actie te ondernemen. Daarom moeten beleidsmakers manieren ondersteunen om de transitie te versnellen door Europese innovatiesamenwerking over de grenzen heen mogelijk te maken, waardoor concurrentievoordelen en duurzame groene groei worden verbeterd. Wij nodigen u hierbij uit voor onze slotconferentie, die zich richt op oplossingen voor het creëren van een hoger niveau van transnationale innovatie door samenwerking op het gebied van stedelijke ontwikkeling, energie-efficiëntie en duurzame groene groei. We zullen stof tot nadenken geven over hoe beleidsmakers kunnen bijdragen aan een groenere toekomst. We zullen instrumenten presenteren om kmo’s met oplossingen dichter bij de uitdagingen van de gemeenschap te brengen en grensoverschrijdende samenwerking en duurzame bedrijfsgroei te bevorderen. We zullen onze lessen en reflecties delen die we hebben opgedaan tijdens dialogen met beleidsmakers, clusterorganisaties en kmo’s over de uitdagingen en mogelijkheden van duurzame groei. Doe mee en krijg inzicht en kennis over hoe u de duurzame transitie kunt ondersteunen, het concurrentievermogen van groene bedrijven kunt verbeteren en Europese innovatie kunt versterken.
